Terms and Conditions

Here at Furry Paws Pet Hotel, the health and welfare of our guests are very important to us.  Please ensure you read the Terms and Conditions below and you will be asked to sign the Booking Form to confirm you accept these Terms and Conditions.

All of our guests must be up to date with their vaccinations, worm and flee treatment, if applicable. Proof of vaccinations must be provided prior to your pet’s stay with us.

All guests boarding with us must be in good health and all medical conditions discussed with us prior to us being able to board your pet. If we feel your pet is showing signs of illness, disease, injury or pregnancy we may refuse to accept him/her. This is for the benefit of your own pet and that of other guests. Details of your pet’s health and vaccinations must be provided on the booking form.

Your pet will not mix with any other animals whilst in our care, except for their own cage mate, should they have one. We take every step possible to avoid animals becoming victims of fly strike, hutches are cleaned regularly and pets checked daily. We cannot be held responsible should your animal becoming a victim of fly strike.  We will not accept any rabbit that has a dirty bottom on arrival at the Hotel.

We will not accept rabbits for boarding unless they are fully vaccinated against Myxomatosis, VHD (Viral Haemorrhagic Disease) and RVHD2. Proof in the form of valid up-to-date certificate(s) is required prior to boarding by emailing a copy to:  support@furrypawspethotel.co.uk or by sending a photo via Whatsapp. Vaccinations must have been done at least 3 weeks prior to the stay. Your Vet will be able to advise you further about which vaccinations are appropriate for your rabbit and their timing. These are extremely awful diseases, highly contagious and can cause sudden death in rabbits.

Therefore, animals without proof of vaccinations will be refused  boarding. Guineas Pigs, Hamsters, Gerbils and Rodents do not currently require any specific vaccinations but if in doubt please consult your Vet. We take no responsibility for any pets pregnancy as all animals except bonded pairs are kept separate from each other at all times.
